"In the Heart of Heights" is a touching phrase for me because when I first moved to Laredo, as a nine-year-old child, my first home was right there; a stone throw away from Nixon High School, within walking distance from First Baptist Church of Laredo and of course, in close proximity to Ruiz Custom Meats, Inc.
